The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell anything, and the burnout self-assessment never leaves your browser.
Last updated 8 September 2026. Attorney Wellness Project LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. This policy covers attorneywellnessproject.com.
When you fill in a form. We collect what you type. For a speaker or programming request that is your name, email, organization, preferred dates, audience size, topic and any notes you add. For an event registration it is your name, email, phone, bar state and number, and job title. We use it to reply to you and to run the thing you signed up for.
When you book a consultation. Scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
When you browse. We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages people read, and track whether forms and tools are being used. It tells us that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and on what kind of device. It does not tell us who you are.
The burnout self-assessment does not send us anything. Your answers are scored in your browser and never transmitted, stored or seen by us. We can see that someone completed an assessment. We cannot see a single answer, and we have built it that way deliberately.
We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third party marketing cookies.
We reply to you. We run the programs you register for. We look at aggregate analytics to work out which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with advertisers. If you give us your email for one thing, we do not add you to something else without asking.
Three companies process data on our behalf, each under their own terms. Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager. Calendly handles scheduling. We share information with them only so they can do those jobs.
We will disclose information if the law requires it. We will not do so otherwise.
Form submissions stay as long as we have a reason to keep them, which usually means the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. If you want your information deleted, ask and we will do it.
Email admin@AttorneyWellnessProject.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be in a state with a privacy statute to ask. We will respond within thirty days.
To stop analytics entirely, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or a browser that blocks it. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Attorney Wellness Project is not a clinical provider and does not offer diagnosis or treatment. Nothing you submit through this site is a protected health record, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by using it. If you are in crisis, contact your lawyer assistance program or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
This site is for legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
